handle accounts/investments with small $ amounts #82

currently, we don't even import accounts/investments with > $0.0 and < $1 (commit)

Should we still import them, but let you hide small accounts/investments somehow? or show all cash amounts below the list of accounts?

Private message: import ignored my Roth account with one penny in the settlement fund. I didn’t know if this was by design

removing that old behavior...always import all investments, even between $0.01 and $1.00
