Deprecate `.prefix` property #121

js-multiformats removed .prefix property. Having it pretty questionable design choice. Current plan is:

Figure out if it can be removed from https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs-bitswap/issues/244 (and elsewhere ?)
Introduce a deprecation warning with a link to the migration guide (until next major release).
Remove in the next release.
