Use multicodecs #7

Add multicodecs (ruby-multicodec) which adds all the current multihash codecs to this gem.
Add a test to show the breaking changes

Fixes #6

I need commit access to this repo to pull this and push a new gem, @alanshaw any idea who controls that for multiformats? This got moved over to here from my repos and I must have lost access.
