Replace mention of IRC channel with Matrix room ID #79

Freenode as we knew it doesn't really exist any more, so this commit replaces the mention of the Freenode channel with the ID of the Matrix room. However, the Matrix logs suggests that the room has never actually been used, so maybe this bullet point ought to be removed entirely.
