Changed the Position feedback from Actual to Commanded. According to https://linuxcnc.org/docs/html/config/ini-config.html#sub:ini:sec:display this seems to be more standard.

would like to leave it on ACTUAL to see that the PID controller works properly and especially for systems with encoders
