Thanks for the awesome work! When I follow the data curation steps, I can not find the download_external.sh, can you provide it?

Hi Jimmy, the bash scripts are uploaded. Please check usage agreements on the respective websites before downloading any files and let me know whether the helper file for COPD works (after you filled out the request with Emory Uni and received the password)
