weather not changing #45

hi im having issues with the auto atmos weather change, i have a valid api and my location is correct but its been raining all day and the weather for MAS hasnt changed at all. i believe i have it enabled as well (the x's are on in the submods section in settings) so i have no idea what is wrong

just to be sure, is your in-game weather set to progressive?
