Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed

Alex was confused why the sliders were in another menu and I didn't have a good answer. As such, I've combined the menus together and fixed some of the styling. The menu matches the same on on multimatrix, updated in multinet-app/multimatix#362. This will give us better continuity across the apps
