Add login icon to the menu and show initials when a user is logged in #155

I think this would increase the cohesiveness of the app and would mean that this sidebar looks the same as the sidebar in the main client.

@waxlamp Should we add the icon for logins here?

I'm not sure what to do about a login icon. I am thinking it doesn't belong in this PR in any case.

How would it work? Can we redirect folks to the OAuth login sequence for Multinet client but have them redirected to this app? Sounds like a question @AlmightyYakob could weigh in on. @JackWilb, since this will take some thinking and discussion, I would file an issue and defer discussions and decisions to there.
