Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed
This PR adds some basic session management and creation to the main client. The default behavior is that a new session is created each time a person clicks on the "visualize in ..." button. Sessions can be reopened from a scrollable area at the top of a workspace (and in future, perhaps from the network/table detail views). Users can delete the sessions and can rename on right click.
