Add adjmatrix to the docker compose and nginx conf for CD #3

nginx conf is now symlinked into the /etc folder Closes #2

Ready to go, waiting on the merge to master from multinet-app/view-adjmatrix#5

@waxlamp, In the views I can see it's showing that it's still a binary but if you go through to the actual commit and view the file it shows it's unencrypted. It also shows unencrypted in git-crypt status.
