Does this implement everything in the Google doc? If we wanted to use this to deploy to production (on existing AWS infrastructure) what would we need to do?

Rather than the webhook stuff (I think we will try github actions) it covered everything in the document. For deploying to AWS I need to write instructions and change couple of things like making the arangodb password more dynamic but it is not much work.
