Change uploaded file message in /index #172

Currently says:

"The tables below have been populated. Please confirm that your data is accurate and scroll down to answer the multiple choice questions, verify, and submit your data"

But we don't have multiple choice questions on this page anymore so it's potentially misleading.

Did this in PR for IGH_trainingVersion since it's a one-line fix.

training version changes didn't end up getting merged into master so should do this elsewhere. Will add to PR that fixes #175.
