Increase debounce time, add flush on blur, ui tweaks #167

Typing is janky because of waiting for updates. This PR does three things for that:

Wrap http updates in a setTimeout to make the UI not freeze on updates
Bump the update interval while editing text/code from 125ms to 3s
Flush updates to text/code onblur and on ctrl-enter in panels

This PR also updates the UI

Switch to ionic fonts
Soften the UI
Drop group labels
Buttons to automatically create graphs and tables
- Should probably be more contextual (near Result/Preview section?)
- Maybe make preview section not black
Fullscreen mode for panels
Line wrap on code editor
Automatic resizing on code editor (bugfix)
More state synced to url (expanded, sidebar open)

Notes:

[x] Always reading from localstorage on desktop (urlstate) is too slow (changing pages for example)
[ ] Filter aggregate panel is very tall vertically when exposed
