Inconsistent shape and adding a column to a table breaks it

Spotted issues:

• [x] Running a graph the first time doesn't work but it does correctly run automatically after the first manual run
• [x] Errors aren't showing up
• [x] Loading isn't working
• [x] Panels sometimes had wrong ids?
• [x] Blank http url no good error message
• [x] Also look at athena/airtable errors only dumping stack trace when someone else runs tests

TODO:

• Filter out invalid panel sources from table and graph panels
• Better UI for server/connector hover/click to edit
• [x] New pages are being inserted at the beginning weirdly
• [x] Still tons of unnecessary updates
• [x] New project doesn't do anything after creating in server mode
• [x] Sometimes cursor jumps to end (probably editor.clearSelection's fault this is super buggy)
• [x] Can't run panel again after cancelling. Cancel panel overall buggy
• [x] Adding a graph puts it before the panel, not after it
• [ ] Automatic graph re-run might not be worknig
