Add support for more download formats and copying to clipboard #247

This PR:

Allows you to download panel results to JSON, CSV, HTML Tables, and Markdown tables
- Allows you to instead copy these formatted results to clipboard
Automatically re-runs file panel on change
Switches input to update external onblur only
Makes all SQL functions available in autocomplete with basic documentation
Adds link to go-sqlite3-stdlib for further docs in panel info section
