Summary

Create a VM/container to demo the usage of the Co-Simulation Framework to external users and how the TVB-NEST use-case is executed.

[ ] Looking into VMs technologies
[ ] Checking into containers technologies
[ ] Detailing the list of software, tools, packages and repositories required to run the selected use-case
[ ] Defining the VM's minimum requirement to run the selected use-case (i.e. # CPUs, RAM, storage space)

Acceptance criteria

A set of scripts allowing to create a VM (or container) in which the Co-Simulation workflow https://github.com/multiscale-cosim/TVB-NEST/blob/master/tests/test_co-sim.sh working on such LOCAL (VM).
A VM "appliance" containing the mentioned test_co-sim.sh use-case.sh running.
