Get overview/status of a running workflow

When running a MUSCLE3 workflow, I want to see an overview and/or status of the workflow. For example a UI or command line tool that displays:

• Amount of messages sent/received over conduits
• Workflow topology
• Which components are blocked in a receive() call
• Etc.
