Create MATLAB bindings for MUSCLE3 #177

Currently it is possible to use MUSCLE3 inside MATLAB with the MATLAB/Python bindings: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/call-python-libraries.html, but native MATLAB bindings would provide a nicer interface.
