Should we rearrange the documentation? #197

Installation instructions are getting a bit messy with all the different compilers, and Python is very prominent while we have users who speak only Fortran. We should look at the current structure and see where it can be improved and how.

Also, maybe have a separate section on debugging, with logging and settings and interactive debugging and such? See also #189
