Feature request: inclusion of environment variables in the YMMSL files #294

It would be very useful if one could use environment variables in the YMMSL files.

Suggestion for format: ${ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLE_NAME}

I think it would make sense to do this in the environment of the muscle_manager interpreting the YMMSL files.

The configuration.log would show the instantiated values.
