I see some undocumented changes with AMX, and I don't understand why we should update Lua?

Do this update solve this bug? https://github.com/multitheftauto/amx/issues/55 If it no, have the sense to update SQLite?

why we should update Lua? i got this Updated Lua lib from mtasa-blue itself
