Describe the bug

Gtasa's original game supports 7.1 channel output, but the mtasa client has removed this part of excellent functions, reducing the sound effect of 7.1 channel to that of 2.0 channel, To reproduce

I dont know if this is true, but there is a 7.1 / 5.1 / Stereo option missing in the audio settings, and i cannot select an audio device. MTA will stop playing sounds if i connect my USB headphones.
