If you disable the collision of an object with the F3 panel in the map editor, most of the time you won't be able to touch said object with the cursor until you reopen the map.
Go to Map Editor
Place down an object
Select object, press F3, change collisions from "true" to "false", press OK
See error
Save and reopen the map to fix the issue
