+Z and -Z rotation binds switched around in latest 1.6 editor

Describe the bug

mouse_wheel_up should increase the rotation and mouse_wheel_down should decrease it as it's displayed in the Settings, but in the latest update they seem to have been switched around. Scrolling up now decreases the Z rotation and scrolling down increases it, resulting in completely mirrored controls

Steps to reproduce

1. open the latest 1.6 Editor
2. place an object
3. use the mouse wheel to rotate it
4. use F3 to check the value of Z rotation
