Describe the bug current elements window opens after deleting an element when the panel is closed

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create an object
  2. Open current elements window
  3. Click on the object
  4. Close the panel
  5. Delete the object
  6. Panel show up

Expected behavior the current elements window should only pop up if they were opened before deleting an object
