Editor: Duplicate the same filename in meta.xml causes editor to stop #538

Which resource(s) have this problem? Editor

Describe the bug Duplicating the same filename in meta.xml causes the editor to stop, It's hard to find this bug when you handle a lot of maps, and rarely editor duplicate it in editor_test/dump for some reason

To Reproduce

  1. Open meta.xml in any map
  2. Duplicate any filename in the same path and save the file
  3. Open the map in editor
  4. Start a full test
  5. See error

Expected behavior editor should ignore any duplicate filenames in the same path
