Current Behaviour
When the links are hovered above, it is supposed to show a border-bottom, but this is causing unexpected behaviour of the links 'hopping' when hovered above which is an unintended side effect.
Expected Behaviour
They should smoothly show the the hover effect, without created extra unintended spacing.

Proposed Solution
Simply, the border will be automatically there in the links, but invisible, and when the links are hovered above, it will be visible, even though it was already existing.
