[Website] Add the ability to view contributor's contributions #351

Current Behaviour

Through the contributor card, you might only see the profile of that particular contributor.

Proposed Solution

It might be better if the user clicks on the label that shows the number of contributions that person has to the project, it can link directly to that contributor's commits in the repository.
