Trouble with elrond.refreshTemplate #57

Hi,

I'm experiencing some issue using the extension, as I can't use any of the command.

The only error I get is the following :

Erreur pendant l'exécution de la commande elrond.refreshTemplates : command 'elrond.refreshTemplates' not found. Probablement due à l'extension qui contribue à elrond.refreshTemplates.

I'm running vscode on my MacBook Air M1, using zsh, with a whole fresh new erdpy 2.0.3 and Python 3.10. Extension have the default $HOME/elrondsdk path as the elrondsdk location.

Simply a misconfiguration of vscode, which I though was well configured, but logging on it have surely changed my integrated shell
