Easy content change:

[x] Add a heading the top which acknowledges what the victim has been going through
[x] Financial assistance section, put links below each corresponding paragraph
[x] Figure out the right about "Restorative conference (all parties willing)" since that struck Mary by surprise.
[x] Denise says, take that line out as it's not happening right now...
[x] Change heading to "Frequently Asked Questions"

The first bullet point was the hardest by far, here's what I wrote but definitely up for copy-tweaking...

For that, I was inspired by the phrase structure from Mary's site itself. http://thectss.org/ starts out with "We know firsthand what it is like to be a victim of a violent crime. We know how important support is to rebuild, recover, heal, survive and thrive after a traumatic event. We respect wherever you are in your process. We want to do what we can to let you know you are not alone."
