Fatal error: cuda.h: no such file or directory #229

I am trying to install the master version on windows, while encountering the same error as:

But I do not fully understand the solution. I have CUDA 10.1 installed in C:\Program Files\ ,how can I set this to the locations probed by cgoflags? Where do I need to install CUDA, to make this error go away? Thanks in advance

Thank you. I finally got it to work by just installing it in c:/cuda, as described the the cgoflags.
