This pull request makes mumax3.10 ready for an official release.

A summary of this pull request:

More robust and versatile makefiles
Deploy tools for linux and windows
Fixed/updated API (with a new look)
New download page on the website
Fix for issue #236

The updated mumax3 website is temporarily hosted at http://dynamag.ugent.be/mumax3 , but should be transferred to mumax3.github.io when mumax3.10 is officially released

@JeroenMulkers Could you please elaborate a bit on those pull requests?

Does this mean there will be or are precompiled binaries available? I'd like to be able to test all of this out, thank you!
