send attachment, stop blinking red on top

Hi,

Thanks for this great product! I have 2 questions:

• the windows version can send attachment, ios mumble shows them verry well, but can I send an attachment from ios?
• when mumble is active in background there is a red banner on top of the screen. Is there a way to disable this (at least in push to talk mode). Other apps in background do not present such a banner.
