Blog: Add news about migration to Weblate #158

This is more than a technical blog post so the News category is applied.

As a result, the "latest News on the home page does not show the snapshot release anymore.

I feel like the homepage should maybe show both recent recent release news (always show) and recent news (maybe latest, or latest if newer than 1 month)!?

At least in this case it definitely seems like both should be shown. 🤔 Both are recent and significant.

I agree. Maybe we can introduce a "release" tag and then always show the latest news and the latest release?

I’ll see about the landing page another time. I wanna get this out. (Maybe I should have updated the date before publishing…)
