docs(gkeys): Add Logitech G-Keys user documentation #190

  1. Migrate/Copy wiki content from https://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Logitech_G-keys - preserves author
  2. Convert to Markdown Syntax
  3. Improve content - specifically layout with images; prefer paragraphs over a numbered list

Wiki content author Forivall matches the GitHub user @forivall. The account matches the Mumble G-Keys contribution and wiki docs ticket user. The wiki email matches the current commit author email. Use their current Git author info, not the one from 2015.
