Place non-FTDI drivers into sub-folders (in Windows download). #821

We should put the non-FTDI drivers (.inf files) into their own sub-directories. 
 Otherwise, people seem to want to click on the deepest folder, which only has 
the FTDI drivers in it.

+-- Arduino Uno
+-- Arduino Mega 2560
+-- Arduino Leonardo
+-- FTDI

On second thought, I don't think this is a good idea because it involves yet 
another change to / variation on the installation procedure, which is already 
complicated enough.
