Release the artifact #2

Briefly, follow the instruction in Sonatype OSS Maven Repository Usage Guide.

You need to fulfill the Centran Sync Requirement, stage a release with sbt publish, promote the release via Nexus UI, finally activate Central Sync commenting on the OSSRH JIRA ticket.

Done. 0.2-RC1 and above are available in the Central.
