Deprecate devinstaller #305

Devinstaller has proven to be an unsuccessful experiment: it does not really make installation simpler but instead introduces its own bugs and gotchas.

See for example https://github.com/mumuki/escualo.rb/issues/12 and https://github.com/mumuki/mumuki-classroom/issues/125.

Many times even supporting it requires special code, and still the user experience for the final dev is not the best - developing in a VM is troublesome.

On the other hand, installing the base environment is not difficult - it requires only 4 simple steps that are documented in the four apps, and all the apps come with a devstart script.

So my proposal is to deprecate devinstaller, and close all issues related to it.

Perhaps we could keep the good parts of it - cloning the important repos, mainly - , though, by adding that part of the script to this repository.

Side notice: the next step in order to promote a less ad-hoc development and productive infrastructure is to deprecate escualo, too.
