duplicate migrations fix #36

Migrations are duplicate and incorrectly named!!

need to be merged asap as the demo app is buggy at the moment. @munafio

@abhij89 That's correct! .. it happened because the migrations been re-named in the new versions of Chatify, thats why. Thank you for your contribution.
