problem with the LTS system #112

after i've targeted someone and killed him with the cruise missile the LTS doesn't allow me to target someone else. like it doesn't reset. alsi, i have a suggestion. you should add a way for having people te be able to be admins in the game

this is not yet fixed. still i can't target using lts for the second time. using version 2.44
