count when using the refueler #80

When pressing f to call the refueler I think on that choice a number should be spoken telling you how many calls to the refueler you have left so you can keep track on how many times you have used it.

Hi @nickgaw, Thanks for the suggestion. I'm implementing this in Status Mode with SHIFT+F.
