What? Adds new route in the API to cancel multiple charges
Why? Task requested by the client Galderma.
How? Route creation in the webapi.xml file. Creation of class and method used by the api route.

Note: This request also added a brief description in the readme: (This PHP version is the recommended one, but version 5.6 has been kept in Packagist/Composer for compatibility reasons.)
