Fixes #292, #109.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Updates Dice\Dice to 4.0.2 with custom patches for backwards compatibility with PHP 7.x.
Bumps plugin version to 5.8.0-alpha.1.
Bumps PHP requirements to at least 7.0.
Works around Xdebug issue by changing PHPunit configuration.
