Drop head feature not working still :( #116

I just tried your default.yml config and it dropped the player head. Before testing, I edited the percent chance from 50 to 100 to ensure it would drop. Adjusting it back to 50 and testing shows that it drops about half the time.

What kind of issues are you seeing?
