Mob health/damage config #73

The new mob sets is really cool, looking forward to enabling it. I have a question, would you consider adding modifiable mob health and damage? Something like that would really flesh out the sets, making higher-paying mobs more difficult and whatnot.

just FYI there's no sane way to alter mob health. my suggestion is to just drop this PR as other plugins handle this much better, see Heroes or Mobs.

As @Sleaker stated, it's probably best to use another plugin that already specializes in this type of feature.
