Reduce Console Spam #96

I do not want any death penalties, so I have turned them off in my config. As a result however, my console gets spammed with this all the time:

[WARNING] [ecoCreature] No reward defined for custom type: DEATH_PENALTY

This seems to be related to this issue. I will take a closer look.
