Added support to zoomzt2-gyi.py for optional upload and removal of ZIC and ZIR files, for MS Plus series of pedals. Tested successfully om MS-50G+ and MS-70CDR+.

We might want to make ZIC/ZIR tick boxes only visible for some pedals, but I guess we don't know how to determine that at this time. Might include the G2Four and friends....
