Your bug report is wrong. The telegram handle is shown properly, and the email is shown on the line below it, albeit truncated.
Also it is rare that telelgram names are so long so maybe could thrown an error message when the handle is too long.
The input validation for the telegram handles are according to Telegram API.
Email truncation
This is an inherited bug from AB3. Please do try it out.
Since both aspects of the bug report is rejected, we shall mark this as Rejected.
Since you have noted that this issue happens rarely, we would like to lower the severity to Low; as per the CS2103 website:
severity.Low : A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only.

When i enetered a really long name for the telegram handle, it does not display the email anymore according to the student at index 12. This prevents me from getting the email of the student. Also it is rare that telelgram names are so long so maybe could thrown an error message when the handle is too long.
