Update Graph Storage Format

We want to clean up the current graph storage format for easier viewing/debugging, and cleaner implementation of maps.

New format will:

• Use / to separate significant path key elements.
• Any path that ends with a / will be considered to be a map.
• When displaying paths, each path segment, will be attempted to be loaded as utf-8, and if that fails, it will be hex encoded with an 0x prefix.
